Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of tickets for Black Cat Comedy Events. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. If you place an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions please do not place an order. These terms and conditions do not relate to tickets purchased through third party vendors (i.e. ticket agencies). Please refer to their company terms and conditions, and direct all enquiries to them.

• General

We regret that we must reserve the right to alter or vary a show due to events or circumstances beyond our control without being obliged to refund or exchange tickets. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Please check your tickets carefully as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

We regret that tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase, except in the case of a cancelled show. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Tickets must not be sold or resold without the express permission of the promoter.

We reserve the right to refuse admission.

All tickets are subject to availability.

Confirmation of receipt of your order by email does not guarantee the ticket sale.

• How to Order

To make a purchase, click the PayPal link on the front page directly below the show you wish to attend. enter the number of tickets required for the show and press the order button. You will then be asked to complete the details that we need to complete your order.

• Prices and Payment

All prices shown are in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT.

A booking fee will be added to each order where stated.

Payment can be made by the following Credit/Debit cards – Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard, JCB, Switch/Maestro and Solo.

• Delivery/Collection

Tickets purchased more than five days in advance of the show will be posted to you. There is no additional charge. Tickets purchased within five days of the show will be available for collection on the evening of the show. Please bring proof of purchase with you – you do not have to bring the debit/credit card with you.

Tickets purchased through a third party vendor (ie ticket agency) will only be available for collection on the evening of the show. The venue does not hold information on these bookings prior to the event.

Unfortunately we do not dispatch tickets to outside of the UK, but will happily hold them for collection.

There may be a slight delay in the dispatch of tickets for recently confirmed shows. Please allow 14 days for delivery.

• Complaints Procedure

We aim to deal with all complaints as effectively as possible. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five working days. In the first instance, your complaint should be emailed to blackcatcomedy@googlemail.com or telephone us on 07900 012 479, standard call rates apply.

• Security Policy

This website takes precautions to protect users information. All payments are made through a third party – PayPal, regulated by the Financial Services Authority. We store the following information about you when you place an internet order; your name, the delivery address, telephone number and you email address.

We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully.
We collect information about you in order to process your order.
The type of information we will collect about you includes:

your name
address
phone number
email address
credit/debit card details (not applicable to internet orders)

Any details which you provide to us from which we can identify you are held and processed lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

We will not use any information about you for any purpose other than fulfilling you order.
We do not pass or sell on any customer details to third parties.
We will not send you any marketing material, if requested.
We will not send you any unsolicited emails, if requested.
